Dean Markley K-75 front panel
  1. Drive Switch: Switches between the 'Clean Channel' and the 'Overdrive' channel.
  2. Input: This is the input jack for your amplifier. Plug your instrument in here.
  3. Footswitch: This input is for a footswitch, to remotely turn �Drive� On and Off.
  4. Drive: This control varies the amount of �Overdrive" when the drive switch is on.
  5. Volume 2: Sets the overall volume of the �Drive channel", when the Drive switch is on.
  6. Volume 1: Sets the overall volume of the �Clean channel", when the Drive switch is off
  7. Treble: This shelving type tone control adjusts the gain above 2500 Hz.
  8. Midrange: This peaking type control adjusts the gain centered at approx. 800 Hz
  9. Bass: This shelving type tone control adjusts the gain below 120 Hz.
  10. Reverb: This control adjusts the amount of Concert-Hall style reverberation.
  11. Phones: This output jack can be used for silent practice through head phones. The speaker output is automatically disconnected when head phones are plugged in.
  12. Footswitch: This output is for a footswitch, to remotely turn Reverb ON or OFF.
  13. Line Out: This Hi Impedance output jack can be used to connect directly to a tape recorder, mixing console or separate power amplifier.
  14. Line In: This jack can be used for connection from the output of an effects device or the output of another pre-amp. This signal goes directly to the power amp.
  15. Power LED Indicator: Indicates AC power is on.
  16. Power Switch: This switch turns on main AC power to the amplifier.
    17. Important: To prevent electrical shock from microphones and other grounded er Ungrounded equipment. always plug into a 3-prong outlet.
